Cheap electrical shop

I am a cheapskate person..before buying things, especially electrical items, I would google and make a survey first before making an attempt to purchase.

Yes, it took quite some time but I do not want to waste my money on 3rd party profit.

Hence, I would like to share this one shop in which I find that the items are quite cheap.

The shop is situated in Bangi and I would like to share with you the example of cheap:-

1) Aircond York brand/ panasanic brand for 1hp is RM768
2) Aircond Daewoo brand for 1hp is RM950 including installation

The cheapest aircond i found so far is electrolux 1hp for RM650 but that is only during warehouse sales.

Enough of saying, you can just go and see yourself. The shop name is SYL. Try google it.

By the way, did you know that Daewoo aircond really same electric?

We bought our in December 2012 and every day during weekdays we will use it for 10 hours and during weekends we use more than that. To our surprise, the electrics bill is only RM65 every month. So buy Daewoo..

Gate

Photo: A must have for family home wit small infants..

We have installed the infants gate last week.  We should in fact installed it way earlier since Aydin really love to show his talent in climbing the stairs.

For toddler, there is no way of stopping them. Aqeel has already find way to climb up. It is either he use the side of the stairs (between the railing and the stairs) or he can just climb through the gate.

The gate is from Carrefour, Sweet Cherry brand (I supposed you can find it in Tesco and Jusco as well) and it cost RM129. The extensions (at both sides) are sold separately and I only find it at Manjaku, Bangi for RM29.90 each.

I prefer this brand compared to the other as the gate opening is the largest. The other brand has small opening and it is quite difficult to get through when you are holding things with you.

House Cleaning

I regret that I did not captured the house condition before we cleaning it..

Yesterday, while everyone still covering their sleeping time, me, husband, a maid and the other Indonesian male clean up the house one whole day..

We started from 9am till 7pm...and seriously, having to move out all the things is such a pain in the ass..

and today, I suffer muscle pain all over the body..

I don't want to move again in the future...

Let this be my final house...

Or else, husband, you need to form a team to clean the house and do all the things..

Money come out like a water since we need to fix a lot of things...

Tomorrow, another public holiday, we gonna spend it by painting the house...not so sure it gonna turn out to be nice of disaster..

Here are the pictures of 1/5 of the things that we threw out..

My essential

Things that must be in my handbag for the last few days..

Sale and Purchase Agreement and the Chronology Events by Bank's Lawyer..

Why is that my essential?, since it is very difficult to call the banker, hence I tend to call them every 15 minutes. So I know where to refer every time they start blaming.

Bring this to office, home and while shopping...

Honestly, I am so tired chasing people and shouting to them. (They tend not to listen when I speak nicely)

Beside, I think I have been patience for quite a long time and it is time for me to take actions.

Hope my fight will over soon and it is at fair situation..

I am so pissed!!

Seriously, buying  a sub sale house is not easy. Everybody seems to delay on their work.

The worst part is the bank's person in charge is so irresponsible. Every time we asked for updates she said that the progress is good.

Other than that, we always having trouble contacting her. Seriously, sometimes it even reach 2 weeks and no reply from her. We did sent email and still no reply. She works for Al Rajhi and if you ever want to buy their product please do not liaise with her. (if you want to know her name do email me). I am not trying to condemn the bank, (this is my personal experience, other people might facing the same think with other banks) but certain staff who is at the front line, will only make the bank looks bad.

Now, we are at the stage where we might be penalize for being late. When I query the person, she start claiming that it is purchaser who delay in the first place. I am seriously pissed by her response.

Right now, I am dealing with the bank's lawyer, in which they also agreed that bank delayed at certain stage. They even sent the SECURITY DOCUMENTS to the wrong lawyer (I just want to know, can we make an issue here since this is definitely negligence).

Seriously, I don't have time to deal with all the bullshit. I can just pay the penalty, to make everything go faster.

But, since I feel cheated, definitely this matter gonna be brought up further than this.

Do you know, if you have a strong foundation of your case, you can always make a complaint to Bank Negara.

And you can also make a complaint to Bar Council if you feels like the lawyer is trying to delay.

Everything must be done in good faith, do not make fun of other ordinary person just because you think you are powerful and very smart.

Complaint it is

Seriously buying a house sub-sale house is not easy. You have to deal with lawyers and the bankers and everything must be complete within 4 months or else you will be charge with late payment of 8% of total outstanding.

It is just a total disappointment when things like this happen at the final stage when you are so excited about moving into the new house.

I have been trying to call the bankers several times and even email her but i just could not get her. I even try calling the customer service in case they can propose another person to help me but the line is busy..Seems that the bank do not have enough staff.

So the last resolution is to write a complaint. I just don't know whether my complain will be entertain or not. But at least I did something to show my frustration.

Buying a partial furnish house

The house that husband and I bought at Puncak Saujana is a partial furnish house. When we were viewing the house the agent told us that 5 units of airconds and the kitchen cabinet are included.

Now, when things are at the final stage, the ex-owner has pull out the airconds. For your information, the ex-owner split with her husband.

So now, she accused the ex-husband has been pulling out the airconds. I know that it is just a small matter, but I do feel cheated.

My mistake is I did not specify it in the agreement because I was in the stand that everyone is in a good faith. So for those out there who plan to buy a house, please make sure the condition of the house and make sure all of it is included in the agreement. We never know what is the intention of the other party.

Now only I realized that the corner is quite spacious. Before this I did feel that it was small due to the wild grass.

Petua Menduduki Rumah Baru

Petua Menduduki Rumah Baharu

1. Azan - Melaungkan azan ketika pertama kali masuk rumah baru.

2. Membaca surah Al-Baqarah - Sebuah hadis yang diriwayatkan oleh Abu Hurairah r.a., Rasululuuah s.a.w. bersabda yang bermaksud; "Janganlah kamu jadikan rumahmu seperti kubur (hanya untuk tidur), sesungguhnya syaitan akan lari dari rumah yang dibacakan Surah Al-Baqarah."

(hadis riwayat Al-Baihaqi)

4. Baca Surah Yassin, Al-Fatihah dan Al-Ikhlas - Amalkan membaca surah Yassin setiap malam terutamanya 7 malam pertama anda menduduki rumah atau bangunan. Baca juga surah Al-Fatihah sebanyak satu kali, surah Al-Ikhlas 3 kali, selawat ke atas nabi sebanyak 7 kali, ayat Kursi sekali, tetapi di ayat terakhir bacalah sebanyak 7 kali.
