Landed House

Alhamdulillah, we have bought a landed house at Kajang. The price is considered cheap compared to other property with the same size. 

It is a cornered house and opposite the house is a playground. This is not a brand new house but second hand, however, left inside is 5 York aircond, all setup kitchen cabinet, a gazebo and additional 1 room (they have already renovated the house). The house completed in 2010 and I think the previous owner just stayed there for only 6 months since they have problems which I do not want to share here.

Hopefully all the legal documentation can complete in 2-3 months and we can start cleaning up and do some minor renovation.

The neighbor is a police officer at Bukit Aman, so we had chit-chat with him and seems that everything is ok. The house is situated right in front of the guard house, so no issue of safety. Beside that, we were also told that they going to do a gated community for this neighborhood.
