Having an affair??
How know would you that your truly did not have an affair?..I just thinking about it. I am not saying that my husband has one...it just that i didnt know how to trace it...what if he is so clever in hiding those affair that i can never figure out until it is too late..How those woman out there figure out...
It's safe to say that no one wants
to think about the possibility of an unfaithful partner. But, in the
event that you suspect your man may be cheating, these helpful tips will
shed some light on just some of the behaviors indicating that he could
be
1) He changed
A man who drastically alters his clothing style, appearance or body
shape for no apparent reason may be having an affair. Perhaps the other
woman has suggested he grow a beard, or use cologne. If he’s dressing
differently for work, there may be a coworker he’s trying to impress.
2) He attitudes shifts
Cheating creates a lot of internal turmoil and tension, which gets played
out between the two of you. Plus, in order to cheat on someone, you
have to be focused on what you don’t like about her. By making that loud
and clear, he feels more justified in cheating and less guilty
3) He's distant
[This is] the number-one giveaway of infidelity, because it’s hard to be
emotionally invested in two people at once and to be emotionally
intimate with someone while you betray her trust ... Plus, distance
creates a shield, protecting him from detection — if he doesn’t say
much, he’s less likely to say something incriminating
4) He acts guilty
He may shower you with affection and attention (giving you gifts for no
reason, complimenting you frequently or helping around the house more),
but diamonds and doing the dishes aren’t necessarily the signs of an
uncharacteristically sweet husband — they could indicate a guilty one.
5) Secretive behavior
The computer screen changing when you walk into the room, hushed
telephone conversations or calls taken outside, strange body language
when in the company of the new gal at work, reluctance to take you
places with him and his friends, and general unexplained behavior that
feels suspicious, are all clues that your partner is straying
6) You rarely see him
If he’s suddenly never around, he may really be busy at work or he may
be busy with someone else. While he’s likely to have a wide range of
plausible excuses for his new absentee status (he’s working a lot of
overtime, he’s traveling for business, he’s training for a 10K), they
could just be an attempt to cover up the fact that his extracurricular
activities involve another woman.
7) He's unreachable
Are you suddenly finding it hard to get in touch with your significant
other? Is his mobile phone turned off during times you normally can
reach him? Or maybe he says he has business meetings all night or a work
conference all weekend, so don’t call him, he’ll call you? if he’s frequently
unavailable, it may be because he’s with someone else.
8) Your gut tells you something up
If you think he’s acting strangely, hiding something or seeing someone
else, don’t ignore your instincts. “A woman’s intuition is the best
thing we go by in our business. She knows all of her man’s aches and
pains, when he is mad, happy or lonely, and when he’s there in body but
not in mind. She knows when something is not right
9) He's different in bed
Both more and less interest in sex can signal infidelity.
If he’s suddenly rebuffing your advances when he never turned you down
before, he could be satisfying his sexual needs elsewhere.
10) There's a new woman
While you may assume no man would be stupid enough to actually bring up
his mistress with his wife or girlfriend, many men do. “Sometimes
cheaters take the strategy of being half truthful ... in some ways it’s
less of a heavy burden if half of the cat is out of the bag. Plus, he
may be thinking about this new person so much that he can’t help talking
about her
For safeguard, I do make a lot if investments on my own...the house is on my name, i have my own salary and savings..i need to be extra careful as i have 3 kids to support..you never know what will happen in the future..what if he husband is under some black magic or whatnot....just my thought

I didnt know the existence of this movie until my husband told me..he accidentally told me as we were discussing about Aqeel's Pediatrician Cardiology..It is based on a true story..Very interesting movie to though..
Something The Lord Made is a film about the black cardiac pioneer Vivien Thomas and his complex and volatile partnership with white surgeon Alfred Blalock, the world famous "Blue Baby doctor" who pioneered modern heart surgery. Based on the National Magazine Award-winning Washingtonian magazine article "Like Something the Lord Made" by Katie McCabe, the film was directed by Joseph Sargent and written by Peter Silverman and Robert Caswell.

Holiday
It’s been a while since me and my mini family’s last
vacation. If I can recall, it was Sabah which
is before Aisha was born. I year 4 months man!!!!...that’s long!!!...no wonder
I really need one right now….
Short vacation should be acceptable as I don’t have enough
annual leave to be utilized. Beside, I need to put aside all the annual leave
balance for next year afraid that any of the kids fall sick or admitted to the
hospital (let hope not. This year only Aqeel has been admitted twice and Aisha
once. There goes my leave).
Lets hope husband approve my wish list..

Patent Foramen Ovale
Not many of us know the existence of such a hole in baby. We had just done echo diagram on Aqeel for his Kawasaki follow up and the doctor explain this to us. He found that There is a small hole in Aqeel's heart and being a mother of course I freak out. However, the doctor explain that every baby has it when they are in the womb.
It is actually a normal opening between the left and right atria (upper chambers) of the heart. Usually the opening is close by stage and there are cases where the opening does not close at all.
A foramen ovale allows blood to bypass the lungs. A baby's lungs are not used when it grows in the womb, so the hole does not cause problems in an unborn infant. In about 1 out of 4 people, the opening never closes. If it does not, it is called a patent foramen ovale (PFO). The cause of a PFO is unknown. There are no known risk factors. This condition will not be treated if the baby does not have other heart abnormalities. Based on the scan he done on Aqeel, there is no other heart problem following to his Kawasaki disease. Alhamdulillah.. The doctor has set a one year appointment for us as he wants to see whether the hole is closed or not.

I love cheese sooo much that when I receive a msg that Pizza Hut is having a new chezzy Pizza, without much thinking I rushed to the restaurant. Yes..to my expectation the Pizza is sooo delicious...but there are only 2 things to comment:-
-it would be better if the topping is full..I chose chicken but somehow it is not fully covered.
-the base is very hard.
If you want to ask for my rating, I would give 8 out of 10. Anyway, I finished 4 slices out of 6. Now counting how many calories I have consumed.

Pediatrician Cardiology
I like to share the Pediatrician Cardiology that we went to. I can just say that he is such a superb. He need to scan Aqeel's heart and with him struggling at first I dont think he manage to do all the readings since he need to focus on the vessels. However, he succeed within 15 minutes. *Applause*..
I can say that he is the best doctor in his field as I googled, everyone would refer to him if their son is having the disease. He had handled this kind of disease for soo many years already whereas this is he first case for Aqeel's pediatrician. You see, if the doctor didnt manage to catch the symptoms nauzubillah I dont know what will happen to him. Here is the short description that I manage to copy.
Doctors can manage the symptoms of Kawasaki disease if they catch it
early. Symptoms often disappear within just 2 days of the start of
treatment. If Kawasaki disease is treated within 10 days of the onset of
symptoms, heart problems usually do not develop.
Cases that go untreated can lead to more serious complications, such as vasculitis,
an inflammation of the blood vessels. This can be particularly
dangerous because it can affect the coronary arteries, which supply
blood to the heart.
Treatment should begin as soon as possible, ideally within 10 days of
when the fever begins. Usually, a child is treated with intravenous
doses of gamma globulin (purified antibodies), an ingredient of blood
that helps the body fight infection. The child also might be given a
high dose of aspirin to reduce the risk of heart problems.
The detail of the Pediatrician Cardiology is as per below:-

Kawasaki Disease
As promise, here is the post about Kawasaki Disease. My son,
Aqeel has been diagnosed with Kawasaki Disease on 15 September 2011. It started
when he had a slight fever on Sunday 11 September. We didn’t bring him to the
clinic as we thought that it is just a one time fever. So we just gave him
paracetamol. On Monday, the fever is still there, so we decided to bring him to
the clinic for antibiotic. The fever is always below 38C which is not high. (We
have the ear thermometer).
On Wednesday, we found that his lips cracks and both palm
and feet swollen. So we rush to the emergency ward. However, the General Practitioner
informed us that the swollen my caused by allergy. He also advice us to
finished the dosage of the antibiotic given by the clinic as usually the virus
may only disappear after 3 days taking antibiotics. So here we are going back
home.
Thursday morning, his lips began to bleed and he still has
his fever. So we rush to the hospital and directly see his pediatrician. To our
surprise, his temperature is actually 40C. The pediatrician is using the armpit
thermometer instead. (Now we need to have 2 kind of thermometer) She suspected
that he is having Kawasaki Disease since all the symptoms are there. However,
she will treat Aqeel with viral infection first since she need to do test his
blood. By evening, when the doctor do her round checking, she asked the other pediatrician
to look at Aqeel’s condition, and yes they agreed that he is having it. She
quickly ordered immunoglobulin which cost RM10k and it must be used within 1
day. Please refer here for further
details on the immunoglobulin.
Besides that, the scariest thing to see is when the nurses
clean Aqeel’s lips with salt water. It is very painful I must say. Even the
nurses are very pity to see Aqeel having to go through it. We would have to roll
him in the blanket and keep it tight so that he won’t struggle that much. His
mouth was full of blood when they clean it and he will be screaming his lung
out. The nurses are trying to calm me down by saying that “its ok to see so
many blood..he will recover soon”..
The next day we have an appointment with the Pediatrician
Cardiology at Gleneagles
Hospital since they don’t
have the service at Pantai Cheras. The disease can caused inflammation of the
blood vessels and damage to heart. It would usually take 10 days starting the
day one had fever before this can happen. Luckily, all the vessels are clear
when the cardiology Dr did the echo diagram. However, we need to see him one
week after that since the virus may attack at slower phase. After the one week
appointment, we need to set for 1 month appointment to do detail echo diagram
at the heart. This is to make sure that the virus has really disappeared.
Please read here of the symptom, treatment for the disease.
Now, the skin at his palm and feet start to peel off. It is very scary but I guess it is not painful. He can still play as usual..naughtier though..but its ok as long as his healthy..
The one month appointment is due next Friday..will update later...
