Primary School

I have been actively searching for the kids primary school...husband is very keen on sending them to international school..whereas for me, I don't really mind sending them to local school..Looking at the school fees itself, almost make me faint...I rather go holiday overseas using that money...but you know, I should not be selfish...kids education is an investment as well...BIG investment.

Currently, I am eying on Sayfol International School. It is well recognised and monthly fee is RM625 (it is paid on term basis of RM2,500). 1 term equals to 4 months. One big problem is, the school is in the middle of the very jam city. So we will be facing difficulty of sending them there. My parent wont agree with our idea.

Secondly is "just find out" the elementary school of Brainy Bunch. I fell in love with the school once I read their programmes. Every morning they will do Solat Duha. Monthly fees is RM800. Same problem as above, they only have it in Putra Heights. 

Thirdly, is the Tanamera International School. Yet to discover...

When it comes to education, parents of course want the best they can give to the kids. 

And that mean, sacrificing my future holidays...

But whether the plan would be materialize or not still unsure. 

Art Class

Last Sunday, I open an art class..but just for my kids...

I bought all the things from Rakan Seni at Gardens, Mid Valley. The things are pretty cheap if you compared sending them to the real art class.

At first I thought of sending both elder to the Kizsport art class. But thinking that the timing might not suit us, beside that we have to travel quite far, so i ended up open one at home just to entertain them.

They enjoyed themselves very much.

When kids grow up, you just have to create activity to fill their free time...

Pallas Shoes

Last Sunday, me and my little family went to Alamanda. I am looking for Aqeel shoe since the ones that he has does not look good. So we went to Clarks but the design the he likes does not has his size.

So when we were strolling my eyes captured adorable shoes collections and somehow it is from Pallas brand.

Its have transformers, Mickey, Minnie, Princess and many more..

So I decided to take a closer look and ask Aqeel to come along..and as expected he likes it even more.

So we grab the Batman design and it only cost me RM50. SO CHEAP!!..compared to Clarks which will cost me RM150 plus...and kids dont wear shoes for long time as they tend to grow up and gets bigger faster..

The shoes really looks comfortable to me and easy to wear...

Happy 1st Birthday Aydin!!!

It is Aydin birthday last Friday and we decided to do some get together with both the families. As usual we make use of our bbq grill and it taste so delicious..

There are 2 cakes, 1 for Aydin and the other one is for my niece, Zia who turns 4 years old.

I dont have much pictures as the kids go wild and my hands are full with things to do..

Anyhow, here is my marinate sauce receipe:-

Garlic
Onion
Serai
Honey
Chili sauce
Tomato sauce
Oyster sauce
a bit of salt

I dont have the exact measurement...just put all together and marinate for a day..it will turn awesome..

No left over for the chicken to show you guys...

However, I hope all family members really enjoy the foods and each other company.

Happy 1st Birthday to you. Abah, Mama, Abg Aqeel and Kak Aisha loves you very much. Be a good muslim and son, and I hope Allah protects you from any evil harm.

CNY performance-rehearsal

For the past two days it have been really tiring for me. The kids are coming to my office to practice for their Chinese New Year performance. So means that I have to take of them as well as doing my work. 

It getting worse when they are sleepy. Aisha start screaming and crying...I really pity her..Aqeel on the other hand just could not let me of his sight...

So he will just follow me wherever I go...The first 1 hour when we reach office he is so silent..have not warm up his engine yet..but after that he start singing and screaming and it feel so annoying. I afraid that the bosses will start searching where the noise come from...luckily, nobody scold him...

So most of my office hour time is spent on babysit them..

I foresee that they will not perform in front of 100 people...they are still small and have sense of scared to unknown people..i thought that both of them will run back to me...but I am totally wrong...

Kungfu Fighting

This is the video showing how they like fighting with each other...even while drinking the milk..but one thing for sure...they like to HUG and KISS each other too..

When cranky boy become happy

My eldest son is always known as a cranky boy. He will cry he lungs out if he did not get things that he wants.

He also very naughty as he likes to bully his sister and nieces.

So for him to humming and looks so relax is very rare..but on our recent quick gateway to Langkawi, I managed to capture this..

I dont know how to rotate the video..so it ended up this way..

Grown Up

Besides throwing tantrum, he also likes to help me. When asking to bring me the phones or things, he will do it right away.

Here is a picture captured him helping me bring a basket full of bottles and milk dispenser to the bedroom. It is quite heavy for a little kid, but he insist of helping me.

Tears almost fell seeing my son has already grown up..and he likes kissing me too!!

Gate

 

We have installed the infants gate last week.  We should in fact installed it way earlier since Aydin really love to show his talent in climbing the stairs.

For toddler, there is no way of stopping them. Aqeel has already find way to climb up. It is either he use the side of the stairs (between the railing and the stairs) or he can just climb through the gate.

The gate is from Carrefour, Sweet Cherry brand (I supposed you can find it in Tesco and Jusco as well) and it cost RM129. The extensions (at both sides) are sold separately and I only find it at Manjaku, Bangi for RM29.90 each.

I prefer this brand compared to the other as the gate opening is the largest. The other brand has small opening and it is quite difficult to get through when you are holding things with you.

School Refusal

It started 2 weeks ago when Aqeel refuse to go to school. I thought maybe he was sleepy because that day he woke up as early as 5.00am. So I let him stay at home. The second day, still refuse to go to school and since my dad is not feeling well, they did not force him to school as well.

But on the third day the same thing happen, I start to wonder what is happening. I start googling how to handle kids that refuse to go to school or is it an early symptom of anything. Yes..I FREAK OUT. 

So many results came out, and most of it require us to get advice from paed if the refusal prolong for more than 1 week. So I waited...

The next day, my dad force him to school and he cried there. The teacher advice my dad to just let him stay in the school and they will try to comfort him. A few minutes after that, he stop cried but still refuse to enter his class. Being a PANIC mother, I bugging the teachers a few times a day, everyday..

I even asked him why he refuse, because for me he was not like this before. Last year we sent him, he never show refusal till this extend. Same school, same teacher, and even same classmate (his cousins). So I start to think that maybe he saw something in the classroom or whatsoever because u know little kids can see what adult cannot see.

So I start to think of every possible reason and until know I just dont know why. But he improve a lot this week. He still cried when dad send him but once seeing the teacher he stop. He even enter the class as usual.

Hopefully by nextweek he will be 100% ok since it is bugging me everyday try to think any possibilities of his refusal.

Thank you to the teachers for helping me getting through this. They make it easy for me by giving extra attention and try to comfort on him. Hopefully it works.

Tied Up

Aqeel has been so naughty since he recovered from HFMD. He bullied his nieces and sister so frequent and there will always be someone crying after that.

So my mother gave up...

She informed me..

And this is what I did to teach him a lesson...

I let him go after he promise will never do that again...

and 10 minutes after that, someone cried...

SHOULD I JUST LOCK HIM IN THE STORE???...

Hi All

I have not been updating my blog as usual being that my youngest son was warded due to high fever. Further checking, we found out that he has been attacked by virus called Streptococcus pneumoniae. He even had ear infection. He being warded for 6 days.

At the same time, we found out that my nieces are having hand, foot and mouth disease. So we quickly checked the elder two, and yes they are also having it. 

My life has been pretty messed at that time handling 2 kids at home and at the same time 1 baby in the hospital. So what I did was asking the doctor for home leave. During day I will be at home, cleaning up the kids ulcer, giving medicine and also persuade them to eat. At night I stayed at the hospital for the baby antibiotics.

I have even make a lots of ice cream for the kids. I had vitagen, dutch lady strawberry and milo ice cream for the kids to eat so that it will lessen the pain in their mouth.

Beside the kids, I have 1 house to rent and the tenant will be moving in on 9 December, and yet we have not moving out our things. Luckily, we rent it out at fully furnish.

Another trouble, we have already set out our house warming on 23 December, and we have not even finish painting the house. 

There are soo many things to do and I do not have extra leave since I have already took 5 days EL due to the kids illness...

So, whoever coming to the house warming, please do not expect much...I apologies in advance..

I really need a full body massage and a holiday in peace...but with the kids around..

owh ya...with all of the above happen, I did not go to any warehouse sales as planned..*sigh*..

Aisha is a Drama Queen

While laying down next to Aisha she slap on my face twice....(it hurts even though coming from small hand)

Since I did not respond to it...she try slap on her face...

and she said.."adus"...

when I heard she said that, I thought she will stop slapping my face...

then, she continue slapping my face...

In return, I slap her face (just a little tap only!)

and SHE CRIED HER LUNGS OUT!!

 Drama of the day.....haishhhh!!!

Aisha has been registered for pre school trial last Thursday. So another school uniform received. Hence, the tendency of mixing up of the school uniform among siblings and nieces are very high. Luckily I remembered a friend email about label..

There are so many kind of labels available, and to tell the truth, it is just hard for me to focus on which one to buy..*rambang mata*..

Everything is so cute and seriously, I thought of buying almost everything only then I realise I have to multiply the price with 3. It is in Australian Dollar..

So ended up buying just the cloth label for 3 kids..yup..including Aydin..I think the labels will last until they are in primary school since every name comes in 30 pieces..SO WORTH IT!!..go have a look here

 

Hawaiian Skirt and Belly Dance

I was busy making the hula skirt for Aisha and when Aqeel found, he wanted it badly..he even wore it while sleeping. After awhile, I took it off afraid that he will bring it to school. When he woke up the next day, he found the rope and start remember it. So he cried out loud and asking to wear it to school. Here are the video captured by teacher for his belly dance..

Holding Hands

Isn't it the most wonderful view in the morning of November to see the kids holding hands to school..

Talcum Powder

Was fall asleep after having minor surgery for my wisdom tooth. Past 30 minutes, smell a strong fragrant and saw the talcum was all over the the floor and on Aqeel..He even ate it..

With my gum swollen, I scream and ended up feeling painful...

Seriously kid, you have more than a box of toys and you still want to play with talcum powder..
