Sekitar Aydin's Birthday Party

Happy 1st Birthday Aydin!!!

It is Aydin birthday last Friday and we decided to do some get together with both the families. As usual we make use of our bbq grill and it taste so delicious..

There are 2 cakes, 1 for Aydin and the other one is for my niece, Zia who turns 4 years old.

I dont have much pictures as the kids go wild and my hands are full with things to do..

Anyhow, here is my marinate sauce receipe:-

Garlic
Onion
Serai
Honey
Chili sauce
Tomato sauce
Oyster sauce
a bit of salt

I dont have the exact measurement...just put all together and marinate for a day..it will turn awesome..

No left over for the chicken to show you guys...

However, I hope all family members really enjoy the foods and each other company.

Happy 1st Birthday to you. Abah, Mama, Abg Aqeel and Kak Aisha loves you very much. Be a good muslim and son, and I hope Allah protects you from any evil harm.

CNY performance-rehearsal

For the past two days it have been really tiring for me. The kids are coming to my office to practice for their Chinese New Year performance. So means that I have to take of them as well as doing my work. 

It getting worse when they are sleepy. Aisha start screaming and crying...I really pity her..Aqeel on the other hand just could not let me of his sight...

So he will just follow me wherever I go...The first 1 hour when we reach office he is so silent..have not warm up his engine yet..but after that he start singing and screaming and it feel so annoying. I afraid that the bosses will start searching where the noise come from...luckily, nobody scold him...

So most of my office hour time is spent on babysit them..

I foresee that they will not perform in front of 100 people...they are still small and have sense of scared to unknown people..i thought that both of them will run back to me...but I am totally wrong...

Aqeel and Aisha are practicing for my Company's CNY performance. Hoping that they will do it..even standing on the stage is ok for me as long as they did not cry and scream in front of people and the chairman..

Annual Dinner

The entry is quite outdated. The event held on 19 October at Hilton Hotel.

The door gift is Tumasek Pewter.

The emcee is Afdlin Shauqi and the entertainer is Amy Mastura  and one Chinese lady playing violin that I can't remember her name.

Since the emcee is Afdlin, the dinner went smooth and is really happening. He went from one table to another and not focusing only at the VIPs tables.

He even interviewed husband.

Electrolux Warehouse Sale

We went again..this time there are a lots of stocks..

What we bought:-

2) Water heater
3) Cordless vacuum
4) Iron

Total expenses: RM1,319

Seriously, I am so in love with this warehouse sales..

Husband wanted to buy the 2 door fridge and a front load washing machine. But since we have not washed and clear the house yet, I advice him to get it next round.

So every time the warehouse sales is around, my face will be there..

Lat Saturday, husband's workplace has organized a bowling tournament among the staff.

And guess what???...

He gets a trophy...

For getting the lowest score...

Today is the day!!

Today mark my 4th wedding anniversary.

Woke up this morning as usual..

Went to the office and had my breakfast...

Did my usual pumping thingy...

and when I wrote the date today at my milk storage, then only I realize that today is 11 October..

Quickly smsed husband, asked him whether he knows or not what day is today...

He called.."Yup, I know..today is our anniversary...we celebrate it this weekend okay..I wanted to wish this morning but I supposed both of us are tired"

Me, myself pretty tired with office hectic, chasing bankers for our housing loan and the kids...

Guess both of us really need a vacation..

New Phones

In conjunction with my company 25th anniversary...

We were given one Samsung Galaxy Tab for free..the other one is a self purchase..

Aisha's Birthday

Last Tuesday marks Aisha's 2nd birthday. It is just a simple birthday celebration since me and husband thought of doing three birthday celebration at one time together with our house warming. 

Last Sunday, my parents host an open house merely to invite the neighbors. Hence it is a small open house for us. Later in the evening we did Aisha's cutting cake ceremony. We bought a Baskin Robbins ice cream cake, but I guess that is the mistake that we make. The ice cream melt immediately (i know that will happen but it is just so nice to have ice cream cake after all the tiredness) and all i have to do is asked husband to hold Aisha's hand and immediately cut the cake after the family members and a few neighbors sang the birthday's song.

Aisha's crying out loud and I am not so sure why. Try to make her quite by giving her the ice cream cake but she just refused it anyway. She just ate the oreo biscuit instead. Seeing the ice cream melting, I quickly cut the cake and the balance put it back in the freezer. It is just so not easy having ice cream cake for birthday celebration that involves quite a crowd but it is just so delicious to resist..

 

This are the first time all my kids wearing baju raya after 3 weeks of Raya.. Alhamdulillah Aqeel did not make any fuss or refuse to wear it as he always do...

Aqeel's Birthday

Aqeel's birthday falls on 3rd raya. Hence, we celebrated his birthday at Kelantan. One day I received a call from his teacher asking whether I want to do some birthday celebration for him at school. I was "Ohh my!!" i totally forgot that now he is schooling and we are DEEMED to do the birthday celebration at school too..

She suggested a date where there will also be a Raya celebration for the kids. Due to the short notice, I am not able to take a day off from work..so as husband..so we ended up by just giving the goodie bag to the kids.

We bought all the goodie bag ingredients from Chow Kit and I must say that it is super cheap. All items are sold in bulk. Total purchase is RM40 with extra leftovers.

By the way, Lecka-Lecka ice cream for yesterday's lunch. Finish it all by my self...

 It has been a rumor that  the Company is giving our a tablet to the staff in conjunction with the Company's 25th Anniversary.

This morning, we have received that email:-

Dear Colleagues,

We are delighted to inform that the Board of Directors has approved  a  Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 7.0  (Tab 2) for each staff as a special gift in conjunction with Cagamas Group of Companies 25^th Anniversary.   

and yet we were not fixed with only one option, we can even choose what device (smartphone or tablet) we prefer from brand such as Samsung, Blackberry and even Sony. (no ipad sad!!)

Now, should re-decide should stay or not..hahaha

Raya Part 1

Macam banyak jer alkisah raya yang nak ditulis...padahal dah tak tau nak letak tittle lain..

Raya tahun nih seriously sunguh penat dan mencabar. Segmen, oh i lupe this and that happened soo many times...even before bertolak balik Johor, we have to return back twice..sampai dah sampai Bangi, kene patah balik sebab lupe baju raya mak bapak...and worst, esok nya bile dah sampai Johor lupe baju raya the kids..all mixed up sebab we have sorted out and kemas-kemas for bag ke Kelantan or the second raya...so tengah-tengah kelam kabut terletak baju raya the kids dalam bag nak g Kelantan..

Luckily teringat ari sabtu then we rushed to the shopping mall and bought the kids baju tshirt raya warna seakan-akan warna baju raya mak bapak...kalu ari Ahad baru perasan, mau nya semua pakai singlet ajer...huhuhu

We were at Johor for 1 and half day, then rushed back to KL since the second raya we need to go to Kelantan for my niece Aqiqah..A very tiring journey sebab we stuck in the jam and only reached Kelantan after 10 hours. Ingatkan dah raya jalan pon horah-hurray la, rupanya tidak...

Dekat Kelantan, nak pegi 5km pon dan nak satu jam..worst than KL..so we ended up lepaking at the guest house. 

On Wednesday, before we kick start our journey to Cherating, we stopped at Pengkalan Kubor for a shopping time. Dapatlah tiga ekor kuda..and nasiblah bawak Starex...dah macam sardin...

The whether dekat Kelantan adalah sangat panas and resulted the kids to get cough and flu pretty bad. The journey to Cherating took another 10 hours and by the time we reached the Hotel semua dah lembik..

On Thursday, afternoon, we start our journey back home. Selamat tak jam dekat Karak Highway...

By Friday morning, we brought the kids to the Hospital Pantai for medicine and spent RM390. Seriusly not a very nice Raya at all. No family pictures, no main bunga api and so on...Abis masa kat journey saja..I wonder people yang origin from Kelantan..every year they have to face it. How do they survive?..or they are used to it?...hmmm...

Anyway, Selamat Hari Raya from my little princess...
