Gate

 

We have installed the infants gate last week.  We should in fact installed it way earlier since Aydin really love to show his talent in climbing the stairs.

For toddler, there is no way of stopping them. Aqeel has already find way to climb up. It is either he use the side of the stairs (between the railing and the stairs) or he can just climb through the gate.

The gate is from Carrefour, Sweet Cherry brand (I supposed you can find it in Tesco and Jusco as well) and it cost RM129. The extensions (at both sides) are sold separately and I only find it at Manjaku, Bangi for RM29.90 each.

I prefer this brand compared to the other as the gate opening is the largest. The other brand has small opening and it is quite difficult to get through when you are holding things with you.

Security Measures in Mid Valley City Car Park

Have you heard recent story that a woman was robbed and slashed at Mid Valley City car park last Friday at 10.30pm. Aren't we suppose to be save in our own country?

Since the incident took place at Mid Valley City car park, I am traumatized as well. I park my car everyday at Mid Valley City and when walking towards the car park after working hour it is scary. Beside the quiet place it is, I sometime do feel like people following me.

I informed husband about this and he bought me this at Groupon.

Selected pillars in the car park are marked with "HELP" sign and immediate assistance can be rendered when the panic button is pressed.
