Smart Reader Kids

After much discussion with husband and my parent, we know decided to send Aqeel to Smart Reader Kids. Yes, I know he is just 2 and half years old come next January 2012, but I insist to just send him and give it a try. The reasons are:-

1) I want him to get to play with his own gender (boy) he has been surrounded mostly by girls all his life. All his cousins are girls and they played with dolls and all this bibik to baby thingy. So i want to make sure he is expose to boys games by sending him there. (takmo la nanti Aqeel dok main baby and sumbat the dolls with susu - i saw this once and it is not funny to see him doing such a way)

2) I want him to socialise. Being the only boy in the house he knows that everybody loves him so much. Even atok amik kayu nak pukul he can still laugh and called his atok in him manja way (and of course the atok tak sampai hati nak pukul)..it is so irritating to see him doing that when are trying to teach him to behave.

3) Based on his development, I know that he can go further. He has been a fast learner because he likes to imitate what people are saying. So why not I just send him to Smart Reader Kids and he can learn more there (instead of just imitate what bibiks are saying kang jadi mat indon lak anak aku nih)

4) It is just 3 hours course. The school start at 8.45 until 11.45. So i dont think sending him there will bring him any harm as he is still spending most of his time at home. 


5) Most of all, it is a fun learning based school. Kire bukan jenis hard core oriented la. takde homework bagai..


Me and husband spoke to the one of the Smart Reader Kids teacher that what if after 2 weeks he did not want to go to school, of course we will be seeing this kind of thing but if this prolong, i dont want to drag him to school (Bear in mind that upon registration we need to pay RM1+++ and we dont want to just burn all this with 2 weeks of attendance). Luckily, the teacher can give us 1 month trial. So instead of paying RM1k plus, we just need to pay RM270 for 1 month fees. 

Just wait for 4th January and hopefully he likes to go to school... 

 

The AIM confusion from my point of view

After much reading, in my opinion I dont think so it is EY's fault as per what other entertainment blogger wrote..Without knowing the true fact they just copy paste the whole thing leading to misunderstanding and jeopardizing the credibility of the EY's staff..I am not saying this because I had worked with EY but i guess people deserve to get clear understanding of what is really happening as it is a prestigious event and not just blaming people based on rumors..

KUALA LUMPUR: Pihak audit bagi Anugerah Industri Muzik Malaysia ke-18 (AIM), Ernst & Young dan penganjurnya, Persatuan Rakaman Industri Malaysia (RIM) mengakui berlaku kesilapan membabitkan pengumuman bagi Anugerah Lagu Terbaik dimenangi Yuna yang berlangsung 12 November lalu.

Pengerusi Bersama Penganjuran Anugerah Industri Muzik, Rosmin Hashim (gambar) berkata, kekeliruan berlaku apabila penjurian dilakukan pihak lain bagi memilih Lagu Terbaik.

“Untuk memilih Lagu Terbaik, kita memilih juri berbeza. Tidak mahu keputusan pemenang setiap kategori bagi genre Lagu Terbaik Pop, Etnik, Rock dan Nasyid diketahui mereka (meaning the EY's staff did not know who won each category), kami turut meletakkan 20 lagu yang berada dalam calon lima terbaik bagi setiap kategori dipertandingkan dalam senarai.

“Dalam penjurian itu, semua juri meletakkan markah tertinggi untuk lagu Penakut yang didendangkan dan dicipta sepenuhnya oleh Yuna, sebab itu jugalah pada malam majlis berlangsung Penakut diumumkan pemenang,” katanya pada sidang media di sini, semalam.

Rosmin turut akui pada malam sidang akhbar selepas AIM-18 tamat, dia turut memberikan penjelasan sama bahawa kategori itu diadili juri berbeza (diffirent jury hence different judgement on the marks given) walaupun waktu sama ia melanggar syarat (AIM admit they did not follow the rule) ditetapkan iaitu pemenang Lagu Terbaik seharusnya juara bagi kategori dalam mana-mana empat genre terbabit.

“Itu saja penjelasan terbaik yang boleh kami berikan waktu itu. Tidak dinafikan lagu Yuna memiliki markah tertinggi, tetapi ia tidak menepati syarat pemenang haruslah memenangi salah satu kategori genre lagu dipertandingkan,” katanya.

Family Planning

I really need to do this!!..3 kids for 3 years of marriage...kalau 12 tahun??..ngangangaaaa....*pengsan*..The second pregnancy that I had pon is unplanned. Gynae bagitau its ok you are fully breastfeeding...Breastfeeding itself is a method for family planning...so well 4 months after i gave birth to Aqeel, I found myself pregnant. Hmmm...takpe lah rezeki Allah nak bagi...after Aisha I quickly take birth control pill. I used Noriday as it wont affect my milk production compared to other brands (advise by my gynae).

After 9 months, I start feeling nausea and vomiting...and yup...I am pregnant my number 3. So when I went to my gynae, she just laugh and said that I am to fertile..So I cannot take the pills and she advice that after this I should take IUD instead..

So kalu lepas pakai IUD still pregnant camne?..harus diikat terus...4 is enough for me..

Even though all my kids are unplanned, I love them to death..cute little munchkins..

Gasing

Yesterday, on the way back from Hospital (visited husband aunt), we stopped at Nasi Lemak Antarabangsa, Kampung Baru for dinner as husband need to go back to office and continue working until midnight..So while we eating, come one person selling things at our table demonstrating the gasing. It looks cool and every time it twirl, a loud song will be played...so it attrack the kids to play with it..since the cost is only RM10, we bought it.

They enjoy every bit of it...laughing, shouting, u name it...

Double A (Aqeel and Aisha) really enjoy it. Now we dont have to spend hundreds ringgit for their toys....

Tido Asing

Well, not me and husband..but for the kids....Aqeel is already 2 years and 3 months and Aisha is 1 year 2 months old..both are still sleeping with us...of course, kalau tido atas katil queen or king definitely akan ade org jatuh tergolek atas lantai...what we did was combinekan single and queen tilam (tilam sahaja tanpa katil)..so takde la cramp sgt...both Aqeel and Aisha tido sgt lasak...tau2 esok dah 360 degree dah..

So now the question is at what age should we sleep separately from both of them..bukan takmo tido sekali...tapi seeing that another baby is coming out soon...dont tell that I need to change the single tilam to queen...so all five of us can sleep together...huhuhu...sgt huru hara nanti...bile sorang nanges all kiddos akan terjaga and melalak skali..ntah2 skali ngan mak bapak melalak sebab tak cukup tido..

Camne yer..ade suggestion tak from the experience ones?...

Sementara tuh..layan kan budak pompuan pakai baju MU hasil bapak dia yg fanatik sgt..
