I just got to know about this place. Quite a good place to bring your kids.

KidZania provides children and their parents a safe, unique, and very realistic educational environment that allows kids between the ages of four to twelve to do what comes naturally to them: role-playing by mimicking traditionally adult activities. As in the real world, children perform "jobs" and are either paid for their work (as a fireman, doctor, police officer, journalist, shopkeeper, etc.) or pay to shop or to be entertained. The indoor theme park is a city built to scale for children, complete with buildings, paved streets, vehicles, a functioning economy, and recognizable destinations in the form of "establishments" sponsored and branded by leading multi-national and local brands. 

 The reason I'm writing this post is just to let parent out there know that it is opening real soon in Kuala Lumpur. The exact location is near The Curve. I just make a call to the Centre, and the actual Opening Date is 28 February 2012 and they are doing the road tour at The Curve on 28 January until 31 January 2012. I dont really recall the last date. The entry fee for kids 2 to 3 years is RM30  and they must be accompanied by an adult in which the entry fee is RM35. For kids 4-17 years old, the entry fee is RM55.

Time Flies..

One night when the kiddos were sleeping by my sides, my husband and I opened my brother in law's facebook page. He likes to take pictures of my kids.

So when browsing, we stumble upon the kids picture while they are still babies. Such a cute adorable babies look so innocent turn out to be a monster. Aqeel looks so chubby back then compared to his new look now, maybe because he is having a fever.When he is baby, he is easy to handle and sleep all the time.

Aisha on the other hand, we would expect that this beautiful girl who like to cry every single minute until she reach 7 months old is a heart breaker. She likes to bug other people, dancing and such a happy go lucky girl. 

I just wondering that this is just a few years apart, what if they are already a grown up person, such a gloomy feeling inside me..

After all, Alhamdulillah I get to see my kids grown up in a very healthy way...

Hope I would be able to see them getting married and have family of their own one day...

Happy Chinese New Year

Happy Chinese New Year everyone!!..Hope everyone enjoy the four days holidays...for me, beside get to hang out with my little family, i dont really enjoy the holidays..Aqeel is having fever during the holidays.

The fever already started on the second week of January..not a good thing to start your new year though...

However, the fever gone after 2 days taking panadol syrup..and it came back the week after and continue like that until last week. So me and husband bring him to see Pediatrician to check what is going on since he got a history of having Kawasaki disease.

After checking his blood and everything, the result came out and alhamdulillah it is just a normal bacteria attack. So the next 4 days we spent struggling to give him medicine. Even though he is just 2 years and 5 months old, it takes at least 3 adults to give him medicine. Even with that, he can still spit the medicine out from his mouth. 

Hope by this weekend, he recovered, energetic back to his normal condition and he gained back his weight.

Cop Buat Menantu

I taktau la ape dah jadi dengan husband I..lately nih dia asyik nak book any perempuan orang ..option buat menantu kata nya..bole pulak buat muke tak malu tuh cakap kat mak bapak orang tuh..

Now, Aqeel already have 3 baby girls booked by his dear Abah..kalu Aisha pulak, kata nya bakal menantu kena bagi hantaran kerete Ferarri..bukan untuk Aisha, tapi untuk Abah Aisha..seriusly, orang macam nih pon ada ker??iskh...iskh...iskh..

Sit and Stand Stroller

We already have 2 stollers which are Maclaren and Jeep stroller. So that when we go out each of us would handle one stroller at a time. We are better without maid following us because everytime she is with us the kids will start cranky and crying. Beside, we love to have our own quality family time together.

But thinking of me which is almost due to deliver at any time, it would be hard to handle 2 strollers and carrying baby at the same time. Hence, we settled with this sit and stand stroller by baby trend. The problem with this stroller is, it is not available in Malaysia. The one I googled cost me for RM1,400 for brand new. So i start asking around people that I knew using this stroller, and I am very lucky to have Triplets Plus One selling hers to me for a very cheap price.

The stroller should have been used this way..

The seat or the place to stand should be used by elder kid a.k.a Aqeel. However, Aqeel refuse to seat behind since his sight is against the traffic. Beside that, both my kids are trained to sleep in the afternoon. Hence, being a parent who wants the kids to be as comfortable as they can on the go, me and husband modified the stroller ourselves. 

Now, both of them can sleeps in the stroller and it is very safe. Here are the pictures.

As at today, I have make a few modifications using their other strollers. Now, it only takes one person to handle two kids and I will be handle the newborn..Kids happy both parent satisfied. Now shopping is not a problem anymore as we have a lot of storage. Just hoping our good fortune continue to grow tremendously..Insyallah...

Ikan Bakar Bellamy

Mungkin ramai yang tau kewujudan gerai ikan bakar belakang Istana Negara. But i have not been there quite sometimes..the ikan bakar is marvellous..tambah lagi dengan sotong, udang bakar..kalu makan tiap-tiap minggu pon takde hal..cume menjadi masalah bile 2 hours lunch break hanya available hari jumaat and mase tuh jugak la ramai orang berduyung-duyung serang gerai..

Parking lagi toksah cakap sebab masjid dekat area situ jugak...so orang gih makan sama banyak dengan orang nak gih semayang..or maybe orang gih makan lagi banyak sebab kaum perempuan kan...

So kesimpulannya, I had ikan sembilang bakar, sotong bakar, 2 pinggan nasi putih (extra nasik amik awal-awal ok sebab nanti malas nak bangun lagi), air milo and air laici kang..total adalah RM17. Ok la..paling penting semua pulang ke office adalah dengan hati yang ceria, perut yang penuh dan mata yang mengantuk..

Aqeel First Day@School

I think by now almost every parents have updated their blog about their kids first day school experience. I am so much of a snail as I dont have the extra time to update the blog regularly..

However, let me continue on me and my son experience of his first day at school. He is just 2 years and 4 months old. We had received many feedback on the pros and cons on sending him too early. But me and husband try to look at the positive side. Nowadays, parents are competing sending their kids here and there so that they will become genius. I am not extreme like that, it just that I want him to mingle around with kids his age not being too pampered.

On the day, he did not cry maybe he had his cousin who is already 4 years old joining him. He was smiling all around and playing the toys while me and husband settled the registration. Up to now, we have not received his uniform yet. After that, we just left him quitely scared that if he sees us leaving he will start crying. We waited anxiously at home hoping that everything goes well. After 3 hours my brother pick his daughter and my son and they enter the house cheerfully.

I took 3 days leave just to make sure he can adapt the new changes. He doesnt make any fuss about it and in fact he is such and easy boy to deal with. Maybe because he likes going to school and I pray that he will always be like this.

Garrett The Popcorn

After hearing and reading so much about this popcorn, me and my mini family drop by to KLCC. The main reason is to collect my husband's suit at Zegna. So we went to Garrett at Concourse and from far we can already see the queue..Luckily, the kids are at their good mood, so we queue and after 30 minutes we get to order. Unluckily the Caramel is already finish and we have to wait for another 20 minutes if we want to order that. Seeing my 2 kids already tired, I just ordered Almond Caramel. As per the salesperson, the difference between Caramel and Almond Caramel is just that it is crunchier for Almond Caramel (beside having almond inside it). Aqeel loves it to the max while Aisha just turn it off by just tasting a bit of it.

For me and husband we both just love it. But we cannot take it often, since the it is sweet beside the price is quite pricey.

Kizsports@Great Eastern Mall

Last 2 weeks we went to make a visit to Kizsports Great Eastern Mall..less kids compared to Bangsar Village outlet. Beside that, the kids are not so hurtful..last time at Bangsar Village, there was one group of foreigner kids i think the age are around 9-10 years old fighting. The parent just drop them there. So it is quite scary view for my double A. The staffs have to follow them to avoid any misbehave.

So here are the pictures of my kids. Aisha fell asleep when we reach the place. So we just let Aqeel had his fun..only after 1 hour we woke her up to let her play. Above all I just glad that my kids are having fun. 

Dari Kuala Lumpur to London

Hati teringin sangat nak g tour Europe. Dulu mase belaja tak sempat nak tour...nyesal tak sudah..tambang kalu dari Kuala Lumpur ke Londin itself dah makan ribuan..itu baru sorang..takkan nak biarkan anak-anak kat rumah dengan mak..kang bile diaorg besar, kite lak kene tinggal..

Jadi ditatkala takleh nak tido, I pegi website MAS, nak tengok berapa harga tambang pegi balik dari KL to Heathrow for 2 adults and 3 children. Terbeliak mata tengok total RM16+++. Haiyoh..takleh jadi (kalau bonus dapat 10 bulan takpe la jugak)..Airasia pon dah tak gih London (dengar kata betul atau tidak tak tau ler)

So cube la carik airlines lain..still harga pon around there. Si cube pulak kalau connecting flight...pandai-pandai gih carik connecting flight yang ader..memang agak remeh...dari tak leh tido terus ngantok...tapi hati masih nak tau harga tambang paling murah...Kalu naik airasia bole gih sampai New Delhi, India. From there naik another flight sampai Istanbul, Turkey. Dari Istanbul naik la Euro railways. The best about train nih bole tour europe gune 1 pass. Tak salah harga dalam USD750. The best part is kids below 4 years old tak yah bayar..tak macam airlines lebih 2 tahun jer kene bayar..So i kire total tambang adalah RM10+++. Cheaper by RM6+++. Some more bole tour europe lagi...

Tapi bile pikir balik, kalau gih ramai-ramai bole la...tapi kalau setakat my mini family bole pitam. Nak angkut 3 budak dengan perangai masing-masing...simpan jer la angan-angan..tunggu kaya sikit lagi bole la..Mungkin untuk 2-4 tahun nih kite round asia sudah..ade vacation club tak gune pon..buat rugi jer...takpe..this year kite mulakan dengan Universal Studio, Singapore ok!!

Sessi Luahan Perasaan

Ruang melepaskan sakit haterhadap tax and auditor of PricewaterhouseCoopers. seriusly, they work like snail..I pon auditor gak dulu tapi takde la lembab cam gini..mau kene maki ngan client..

Auditor:- I gave them deferred tax and tax computation on 3rd January, they came back to me with all the queries on 9th January..soalan toksah cakap la...macam soalan budak sekolah yang tak tengok last year tax computation. Mase buat prefinal takde pon mintak all the forms and tax computation bile dah final dok suruh gih scan and email kat diaorg..serius sakit hati wooo...abih time ko buat pre-final tuh tido melangguk ke dalam bilik...

That is one thing, they came back with the final figure after almost 3 weeks reviewing it..with NO adjustment to my earlier computation. SERIUSLY, u took 3 weeks to review the computation for 1 small company..HAISH!!!...

Sekarang kite cite pasal tax agent lak..they called me on Wednesday 11th January ingorm yang IRB nak a few documents from 2007-2009 for tax field audit. The dateline is on the 16th January. I was like gile ape..I dont have enough time to gi digging all the info from 2007-2009. I called the IRB staff and to my surprise they have already inform the tax agent on the 30th December. They scan the letter and the tax agent has already confirm that they received the letter. But when the IRB called for direct address (bcos diaorg tau selalu kalu anta ke PO Box sampai lambat) they refuse to give. But i wonder cant the tax agent just give me a call saying that the IRB want those thing without have to wait for proper letter. At least I would have lotsa time.

I should suggest to the CFO to stop appointing PWC as neither tax agent nor auditor.

Cuaca oh cuaca

Oh cuaca sungguh tidak bagus lately..at one time panas yang sungguh mendahagakan but after a few minutes bole hujan lebat..so the impact would be someone like me pregnant woman..I had fever, flu and cough and my body is totally unstable..sampai rumah berjangkit satu rumah..pity my kids and husband especially who are having it right now..dalam keadaan begini nak jaga anak-anak lagi..aduh tak larat...terasa seperti spa memanggil-manggil..

Talking about spa, I have not been to any spa since I get married..nak pegi buat facial pon tak dan..camne la nak gih spa pulak..terasa kecian tinggalkan the kids while me having my own time..Nak gih the mall without the kids pon jangan harap okeih..

I have a lots of pending post.. especially on my Aqeel going to school and their new ride which we had modified. Kalu ada masa kang i update...but not today since gambar semua takde..

Now Aqeel pakai brief..last time he doesnt like to wear t-shirt...now dengan seluar-seluar skali hilang..to avoid kencing bersepah or pampers bocor, we had to wear him a brief..
