Yes!!..I've been there..TWICE!!..the first one was on Friday and the shopping ended up 5 hours later and the second one was on Sunday for nearly 2 hours.
I would said that the discount vary from shop to shop..some are seriously should go for and some are like so-so...Shops that I think is good to go for are:-
Coach
Zegna
Burberry
Gap
Levi
Guess
Fossil
CK
La Senza
This is all I can think of right now. For Coach, the max discounted item is 50% and it can reach to only RM500.
For Zegna, husband bought a pair of suit with 50% discount. I must say it worth every penny of it.
Burberry not so sure how is the pricing like but people are queuing to get into the store. So maybe the discount is worth it.
Gap is sooo cheap..I just shopped for my babies and the price is about RM30 per romper and jeans for RM50..So many choices for babies but for toddler it seems that people has grabbed it really fast.
Levi seems quite cheap too.. If you are not aware of, Levi has an outlet store in Carrefour Wangsa Maju. However, the selection is very limited. But in JPO, there are so many choices. The price is range at RM120-RM200
Guess having up to 60% discount. The handbags range at RM250.. The babies clothes is average out at RM60 and the design is relly cute.
For Fossil, I didnt go since it is full with people.
CK is quite cheap too, before buying a suit in Zegna, husband already eyeing for one suit in CK. The discount is up to 75% which left the price to be only RM800. However, the biggest size is 52 while my husband wearing size 54...pity him..(not so pity since he get to buy Zegna).
For La Senza, every has already grabbed everything so nothing left for undies except for G-String.
So here are the pictures of shops that I get to snap.
It is only 10.30 am and the parking lot is half full.
Whoever bringing kids, please bring stroller and small fan that can attach to the stroller. It is pretty hot and the kids will get cranky easily.
We went to the information counter first to claim our so-called
VIP Coupon Book. It does look as what I imagine as it is just a leaflet..we didnt use any of it. Maybe later since the expiry is 31 December
2012.
Fountain for kids to play. Please bring extra cloth..
Playground for kids while the parent shopping
"I wonder what my parent bought for me"hehehe..
Lunch break at the food court. The price of this Nasi Lemak is RM10.
People start queuing at 1pm. This is Friday view. But on Sunday the queue start as early as 11.00 am
Cranky little Aisha due to hot whether and sleepy..
Fall asleep after 5 hours of of shopping
Stop at Starbuck before heading home
The queue to pay for parking..Only one machine available..
Overall, the place is ok if you have planned of the things that you wanna shop. On Friday, there are too many flies..It is like everywhere and not even in the food court. But on Sunday, since there are too many people, the flies are gone. If you wanna visit the place please plan your timing for example do visit on weekdays instead of weekend and come as early as 10am to avoid massive jam on the road and inside the shop itself. Since the place has opened for 3 weeks already, i assume that the stocks available are leftovers, hence, not many choices compared to if you have visited during the launching week.
